As a Security Officer Patrol Operations in Winnemucca, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and assist visitors, patients, and staff with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and wayfinding, and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, patrols, and observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and batons is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
