Compensation & Schedule
???? Pay Rate: $49-$51/hr
???? Per Diem: $125/Day
???? Pay Frequency: Weekly
⏰ Schedule: Monday-Saturday | Night Shift | 10-12 Hour Shifts | 60-72 Hours Per Week
???? Additional Schedule Details: Long-term data center project offering substantial overtime opportunities.

The Field Safety Manager will provide direct field safety oversight across civil and utility construction activities while supporting daily safety compliance, inspections, hazard recognition, and contractor accountability.
Required Qualifications
✔ OSHA 30 Certification
✔ Current First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
✔ Construction Field Safety Management Experience
✔ Ability to Support Excavation and Trenching Operations
✔ Experience Working Around Underground Utility Installation Activities
✔ Strong Understanding of OSHA Construction Standards
✔ Ability to Conduct Site Inspections, Audits, and Hazard Assessments
✔ Candidates Must Carry Their Own Workers' Compensation Coverage
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Data Center Construction Experience
⭐ BCSP Credential (CHST, ASP, CSP, or Similar)
⭐ Bachelor's Degree in Safety or Related Field
⭐ Heavy Civil Construction Experience
⭐ Utility Construction Safety Experience
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide field safety leadership across multiple active construction scopes
- Monitor excavation, trenching, and grading activities for OSHA compliance
- Support concrete placement and underground utility installation operations
- Conduct daily site inspections, observations, and safety audits
- Identify hazards and work with project leadership to implement corrective actions
- Participate in incident investigations and follow-up actions
- Promote safe work practices through active field engagement
- Review work activities and assist with risk mitigation planning
- Maintain project safety documentation and reporting requirements
- Act as the primary safety presence during night shift operations
