This highly rewarding, on-site contract position offers the opportunity to work with students at either Northwood Elementary or Southside School (Pre-K), both located in Crestview, just north of Fort Walton Beach and Destin.

The assignment begins August 11, 2026, and continues through June 1, 2027, offering a full-time schedule of up to 37.5 hours per week. Your exact caseload and age group details will be confirmed during the interview process.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active FL Department of Health Provisional SLP License required
• Experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to diverse student populations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to maintaining timely credentialing, including fingerprint clearance and JLA badge issuance

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver dedicated assessment and therapy services to elementary and pre-K students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs and treatment plans
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary student support teams
• Remain current on best practices and regulatory requirements related to school-based speech services

This on-site role will allow you to work in a single school location five days a week, providing continuity and meaningful relationships with students and staff.
