Gastroenterology in Northern New Jersey | 30 Minutes from New York City

An established, physician-led Gastroenterology practice in Northern New Jersey is adding another GI physician to its growing team. Join 7 GI physicians and 4 APPs in a collaborative practice with a strong referral network, excellent clinical support, modern ASC access, and the infrastructure to build a successful long-term career.

Practice Details:

• Join a collegial GI team of 7 physicians and 4 APPs with robust clinical support
• Primarily general GI with opportunity to develop a focus in gastric disorders
• Endoscopic procedures performed at two ASCs, including one on-site; clinic averages 15 patients per day with 5-7 new visits
• Call is shared evenly at approximately 1:7; the inpatient hospital is 10-12 minutes away

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of 475,000-550,000 with RVU productivity upside beginning day one
• Sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, and retention bonus included
• Up to 30 days PTO, CME stipend, malpractice with tail, and 401(k) with immediate vesting
• Additional perks include paid licensure fees, parental leave, conference funds, and voluntary benefits

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Comfortable with standard endoscopic procedures
