Patient Access Representative (Part-Time)

Santa Rosa, CA (Onsite)

Part-Time | Weekends Only

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Patient Access Representative to join a respected healthcare organization in Santa Rosa. What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting, checking in, and registering patients
• Collecting and entering patient demographic information accurately
• Verifying patient and visitor identities using photo identification
• Reviewing and verifying insurance information
• Explaining and obtaining required consent forms and admissions paperwork
• Discussing payment options and identifying patients who may need financial assistance
• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with inquiries
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity
• Collaborating with team members to provide exceptional patient service

Training & Work Environment

• Fully onsite in Santa Rosa, CA
• Paid training provided onsite (2–3 days)
• Weekend schedule only: Saturdays and Sundays, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Santa Rosa, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
