Qualifications Proven experience as a Scheduler, preferably in the Data Centre or related industries. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications in project management or scheduling (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP) are a plus. Day-to-Day Create and update project schedules to reflect current progress and future plans. Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review schedules and address any issues. Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Generate detailed reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability and resolve scheduling conflicts.
