$65,000 Base + Commission | $75,000–$95,000+ Realistic Total Comp
THE ROLE
You take signed design agreements — decks, porches, pergolas, hardscape, outdoor living spaces — and turn them into refined designs, accurate estimates, and closed projects. Our Project Developers sell the agreement and hand you a committed client. You own the design and the technical side of the presentation; they close.
PDP holds Trex/TimberTech Platinum Contractor status, is a certified Moistureshield and Deckorators dealer, and is the exclusive Equinox louvered roof dealer in North Metro Atlanta.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years designing/estimating decks, porches, or outdoor living projects specifically
Working knowledge of modern decking materials and outdoor construction
Proficiency with design software (SketchUp, Chief Architect, Realtime Landscape Architect, or similar)
Strong client-facing presence
Comfort working inside a defined system, not building your own process
