Responsibilities Provide professional, friendly customer service and clearly explain plumbing issues and solutions. Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures. Recommend repairs, upgrades, maintenance plans, and replacement options when appropriate. Communicate with Dispatch and the Plumbing Manager to stay on schedule and provide job updates. Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked with tools and materials. Complete service records, job notes, invoices, and other required paperwork accurately and promptly. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company with pride. Follow all safety procedures, plumbing codes, and company standards. Participate in ongoing training and maintain required licenses and certifications.
