Project Manager

Overview A well-established and highly respected Central Ohio general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in Healthcare Construction to join its growing team in Cleveland. This is an opportunity to lead complex healthcare projects ranging from renovations within occupied facilities to large-scale additions and new construction. Key Responsibilities Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and financial forecasts. Lead owner, architect, consultant, and subcontractor coordination efforts. Oversee contract administration, change management, procurement, and project reporting. Partner closely with field leadership to ensure project milestones are achieved. Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively solving challenges. Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements associated with healthcare environments. Coordinate project activities to minimize disruptions within active healthcare facilities when applicable. Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor. Healthcare construction experience required. Experience managing projects from preconstruction through turnover. Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, cost controls, and contract administration. Ability to lead project teams and communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Proficiency with construction management software and project scheduling tools. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. Preferred Experience Hospital renovations and additions. Ambulatory care facilities.
