Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and warehouse documentation.
• Familiarity with RF scanners, barcodes, and inventory tracking systems is a plus.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Picker, Order Picker, Forklift Operator, Material Handler, or Distribution Center Associate preferred.
• Experience operating a stand-up forklift/order picker in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of RF scanning, inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse safety practices.
• Ability to work independently while meeting productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and working at various heights throughout the shift.
• Ability to manually move boxes in and out of rack locations.
• Capable of safely operating warehouse equipment and vehicles while following all safety regulations.

Job Duties

• Accurately pick customer orders from rack locations using a stand-up forklift/order picker .
• Use RF scanners to track, verify, and process inventory and order selections.
• Barcode, process, retrieve, refile, and prepare boxes/files for storage or destruction.
• Perform bay consolidations and maintain organized warehouse storage locations.
• Conduct daily equipment safety inspections, including batteries, brakes, lift controls, and safety equipment.
• Load, move, and transport boxes while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Complete warehouse maintenance tasks, pickups, deliveries, and other assigned duties.
• Return equipment to designated charging stations at the end of each shift.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, security standards, and commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity.
