* HAVE A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR G.E.D. EQUIVALENT
* HAVE A VALID STATE OF INDIANA DRIVER'S LICENSE
* STATE OF INDIANA CERTIFIED PARAMEDIC OR NATIONAL REGISTRY CERTIFIED PARAMEDIC
* ACLS, PALS, PHTLS CERTIFIED
