Prep CookBlue Hill Country Club is hiring a motivated, experienced Prep Cook to join our kitchen team in Canton, MA.The Role:As a Prep Cook, you will support daily kitchen operations across multiple stations during meal service and assist with food preparation for banquets and events. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.Responsibilities:Prepare ingredients including washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping.Measure, portion, and assemble ingredients according to recipes.Store food properly to maintain freshness and food safety standards.Assist line cooks and chefs during service as needed.Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas.Label, stock, and organize ingredients and supplies.Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.Requirements:1+ year of experience in a prep cook or similar kitchen role.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to stand for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. overhead and move up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working in a commercial kitchen environment.Compensation: $20–$24 per hourBenefits:Competitive pay.Golf privileges.Location: Canton, MA
