Benefits Top pay in the area (DOE) Career Path Development opportunities Competitive Paid Time Off and Paid Personal Leave Large loyal customer base Experienced and loyal accessories team Clean/Safe shop Discounts on parts, service and vehicle purchases for you and your immediate family Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Paid Life Insurance 401(k) plan with Fidelity Accident and Illness supplemental plans Responsibilities Assist with vehicle upfits, including installation of truck accessories and aftermarket equipment Install and service suspension lift kits, shocks and related components Perform quality control inspections after installations to ensure proper fitment and safety Assist technicians with brake, steering and suspension repairs Operate shop equipment and maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment Mount and balance tires, perform wheel alignments (if applicable) Inspect vehicles before and after modifications to verify proper operation Follow manufacturer specifications and shop procedures for all installations Skills Vehicle upfitting and customization Suspension lift and leveling kit installation Proficiency with hand and power tools Quality control inspections Shop safety organization Teamwork and communication Ability to lift heavy components and work in a fast paced environment Work is performed indoors in a shop environment; standing, walking, pushing, pulling, crouching, squatting, reaching, and kneeling are required for the duration of the shift. Lifting and moving weights between 20 to 100 pounds may be required occasionally. Requirements Must have the ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles (automatic and manual transmissions).
