Certifications And Licensure Required: Pharmacist - State of FL Preferred: ASHP (Pharmacist) Requirements Required: Bachelor's Degree; PharmD preferred Preferred: PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy Residency Pediatric Hematology Oncology experience This position requires Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, managed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
