Mental Health Therapist

Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Flexible Hybrid Role Ellie Mental Health Newtown is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced, compassionate therapist who loves working with individuals, couples, and families to join our fun, supportive team! Leadership opportunities available as we grow! What You'll Be Doing: Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing progress notes. Maintain a caseload of 25 sessions per week. Collaborate with a dynamic, supportive clinical team. Use creativity and evidence-based interventions to help clients thrive. Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers as needed. Attend team trainings and clinical staff meetings (we keep them meaningful!). Schedule Details: Initial in-person availability MondayFriday from 27 PM for the first 46 weeks. Afterwards, enjoy flexible hybrid options create the workweek that works for you! Active client waiting list ready you won't need to build from scratch. What We're Looking For: Licensed in Pennsylvania as an LPC or LCSW (required). Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. Strong clinical documentation skills (DAs, treatment plans, case notes). Enthusiasm for working with individuals, couples, and families. Bonus if you love working with children, teens, or groups too!
