Required Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for the state of Idaho
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates are welcome to apply
• Experience in teletherapy, in-person school-based services, or both (strongly valued)
• Familiarity with educational environments and supporting K-12 caseloads
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to a diverse K-12 student population
• Conduct evaluations, document progress, and maintain all necessary record-keeping
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Use both in-person and teletherapy modalities, as appropriate, to address students’ needs
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing communication with school personnel
