Production Control Clerk/Days/$17+hr

Production Control ExpeditorPay: $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience Location: Pryor, OKOverview: We are seeking a Production Control Expeditor to coordinate and expedite the flow of materials and work throughout production departments. This role ensures parts, paperwork, and materials move efficiently between areas to support production schedules and minimize downtime.Responsibilities:Track shortages and material status using computer systems and production reportsMonitor and update movement of parts throughout production departmentsExpedite materials and parts between internal departments and facilities as neededCommunicate with production teams to ensure material and scheduling needs are metResearch root causes of shortages, missing parts, or incorrect materials and report findingsAssist with updating shortage reports and production schedulesPrepare information for daily production meetings, including status updates and issuesEnsure proper documentation and workflow between departments and systemsCoordinate delivery, distribution, and movement of supplies to support production timelinesOperate company vehicle to transport materials between locations when requiredQualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 6 months experience in warehouse, logistics, production control, or expediting role preferredBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with MRP/ERP systems is a plusAbility to read engineering drawings or prints preferredStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license with clean driving record requiredAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionPreferred Competencies:Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)Time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyAnalytical thinking and problem-solving abilityAbility to monitor processes and identify issues quicklyDependability and accountability in fast-paced environmentAbility to learn and apply new systems and procedures quicklyPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout production and warehouse areasFrequent use of hands for computer work, documentation, and material handlingAbility to lift up to 25–50 pounds as neededExposure to manufacturing and warehouse environment conditions including noise and machineryAbility to operate company vehicle as requiredSchedule:Monday – Friday, 6am - 2:30pmPay: $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience
