Junior Sales Associate

We are hiring a Junior Sales Associate to join our growing team. This position provides hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, business development, and leadership development within a team-oriented environment.

You'll work directly with customers while supporting client sales campaigns, learning how to communicate effectively, understand customer needs, and contribute to measurable results. As you gain experience, you'll have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, support newer team members, and develop practical leadership skills.

What You'll Do

• Support face-to-face customer engagement and sales
• Introduce customers to available products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate options
• Assist with customer acquisition and new sales
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Track customer interactions and sales results
• Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and leadership training
• Learn how to organize priorities and contribute to team performance

What We're Looking For

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. Training and ongoing coaching are

provided.

• Compensation: $18-$23 hourly pay w/ opportunity for commission bonuses
