Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through telehealth, utilizing tailored clinical tools to understand client needs. \n
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities suited for each client's unique circumstances. \n
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans, with regular evaluations to adjust strategies as needed based on client progress. \n
- Perform intake evaluations promptly and effectively, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed to meet compliance standards as per Federal, State, and organizational regulations. \n
- Provide timely referrals, crisis intervention, and ongoing mental health support as required, demonstrating empathy and professionalism. \n
- Maintain meticulous client records and documentation, utilizing our electronic health record system to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. \n
In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from children to adults, each facing various mental health challenges that may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your expertise will play a crucial role in fostering resilience and facilitating healing through tailored therapeutic interventions.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling. \n
- Current and valid Washington State license (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC) is mandatory. \n
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently. \n
- Proficiency in technology, particularly with telehealth software and electronic health records. \n

- At least two years of experience working in a similar mental health counseling role. \n
- Experience in providing online therapy or familiarity with telehealth best practices. \n
- Background in specific therapeutic modalities or specializations (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is a plus. \n
