LOAN OFFICER

LOAN OFFICER (FULL TIME, NON-EXEMPT POSITION) TRIBAL CREDIT OFFICE, PABLO, MONTANA Position Qualifications Associate degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Two (2) years of experience in lending, banking, or financial services. Experience preparing loan files and working directly with customers. Experience with mortgage lending or underwriting. Experience working in Tribal government or Tribal lending programs. Familiarity with private lending structures and culturally responsive customer service. Required Documentation Tribal employment application. Copy of relevant academic transcripts and training certificates. Current valid driver’s license. Proof of enrollment in a federally recognized Tribe (if applicable). DD‑214 form (if claiming Veterans preference). Letters of reference, cover letter, and/or resume (optional). Failure to submit copies of the above documentation may result in the disqualification of your application from the screening process. The position is subject to a background check that may include information about a person’s credit history, including credit score, mortgages, and banking history. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes, must pass a pre‑hire drug test and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period.
