Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to grow our online presence, engage our audience, and create compelling content across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, skilled in content creation and video editing, and understands how to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts including:
• • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • Google Business Profile
• Create engaging and original content including:
• • Photos
  • Short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
  • Graphics
  • Stories and posts
• Plan, schedule, and publish content using a content calendar.
• Edit videos using professional editing software for social media marketing.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend new ideas to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Respond to comments, messages, and online reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Create and distribute email newsletter campaigns to customers and prospects.
• Maintain and update the Google Business Profile with posts, photos, promotions, and customer responses.
• Track analytics and prepare monthly reports on social media performance, follower growth, and campaign success.
• Collaborate with the team to promote events, products, services, and special promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
• Experience creating engaging content that drives customer interaction.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar tools.
• Experience with graphic design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Photography and videography experience.
• Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaigns.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
• Experience analyzing social media insights and adjusting strategies based on performance.

Schedule

• Full-Time or Part-Time
• Flexible schedule available
• Some evenings or weekends may be required for special events or content creation.
