Key Responsibilities Oversee all field operations, daily construction activities, and execution. Manage and coordinate all site superintendents (structural, MEP, interiors, exterior). Drive safety, schedule, and quality across the project. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Operations Directors, and executive leadership. Maintain a strong on-site presence. Requirements Proven experience as a General Superintendent on large-scale commercial construction. At least one completed project, from foundations to hand‑over, as the lead superintendent onsite. Strong knowledge of structure, concrete, sequencing, façade, and building systems. Ability to lead large teams.
