Job Overview RegalCare at Courtyard in Medford, MA is hiring RN/LPN Charge Nurses for 11pm-7am and other shifts. Experience not required; new RN/LPN grads welcome. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities, including meals, personal hygiene, and mobility. Observe residents and report health concerns to supervising nurse. Document residents' food and fluid intake. Assist with feeding and nutritional supplementation. Maintain cleanliness of residents' living areas. Transport residents within the facility. Assist nurses and other staff as needed. Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures. Abide by federal, state, and local requirements. Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data. Qualifications Valid Massachusetts LPN license in good standing. Evidence of COVID‑19 vaccination, with religious or medical exemptions as permitted by law. Strong commitment to patient care and ability to work shift schedules. Benefits & Compensation

• 5,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time positions.
• 2,500 sign‑on bonus for part‑time positions.
