Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions online while being part of a supportive virtual team. Despite the remote nature of the work, we place a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication among our clinicians via scheduled team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing support to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' unique mental health concerns, strengths, and areas of need.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes and align them with clients' personal goals and therapeutic preferences.
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness practices.
• Collaborate closely with clients, exploring and honing coping strategies, identifying triggers, and building essential skills for symptom management.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records that adhere to ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and reflective of services provided.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills, stay informed of the latest evidence-based practices, and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will encompass a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, families, and groups facing a wide spectrum of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will be pivotal in fostering an environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences and emotions.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Valid licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist in California.
• Commitment to ethical practice and professional conduct as outlined by the relevant licensing boards.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing therapy to diverse populations, including individuals and families, is preferred.
• Demonstrated skill in applying a range of therapeutic modalities effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary range for this full-time position is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
