More information is available at Who are we hiring? During Arena events, the DeltaServer Assistant works at food stations, bussestablesandassistswith any guest inquiries. This individual exhibits a warm,friendlyand professional demeanor at all times to further enhance the guest experience. What will you do? Set up club space prior to event and maintain cleanliness of space during event. Responsible for Club stations during service to include: keeping stations stocked, neat and clean; running food from kitchen/pantry; serving food; preparing coffee beverages. Address any guest questions or concerns, escalating to Supervisor as needed. Adhere to Departmentof Health food handling regulations and Company’s alcohol service guidelines. Position could be assigned to another area within Premium, as per Local 100 contract and call sheet order. What do you need to succeed? Special Requirements Able to walk and stand during the entire shift.
