Anesthesiologist - Saint Luke's - Kansas City, MO

Job Overview Saint Luke’s Physician Group is searching for qualified BC/BE anesthesiologists to join the expanding Main Operating Room (MOR) team at Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City. Responsibilities Cover MOR cases including general, orthopaedic, robotic thoracic, ENT, OB/GYN, urology, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, GI lab, kidney transplants and OOOR procedures. Participate in the Acute Pain Service collaborative care team model (medical direction 1:2 or 1:3) for regional anesthesia. Work in the in‑house call shift from 4:00pm to 7:00am with a post‑call day off; weekend split shifts; call team includes residents, CRNAs, and AAs; backup physician/anesthetist available for backup call. Opportunity for faculty appointment through the University of Missouri‑Kansas City (UMKC) Anesthesia residency program. Qualifications Board‑certified (BC/BE) anesthesiologist. 1–3 years dedicated experience in general anesthesiology or recent graduate from an accredited ACGME anesthesiology residency.
