This position is not a telework position and is required to report to the FDC office in the area it serves. Job Duties Plan, develop, and conduct classes in assigned subjects, utilizing various teaching techniques to assist student advancement. Supervise inmates in the class, conduct roll calls, counts, and maintain attendance records. Ensure order and discipline in the classroom, continually evaluate student progress, and administer grades and tests. Counsel and advise individuals on program progress, behavior, or personal concerns. Participate in staff meetings, seminars, and workshops for curriculum changes and professional development, and assist in budget preparation and purchase requests for the education program.
