Medical Receptionist - Front Desk Support (Contract)
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of Customer Service (CS) experience
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Epic
- Epic ASAP
- Epic HIM
- Assist with various front-desk responsibilities as needed
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Schedule patient appointments
- Answer phone calls professionally and courteously
- Verify patient insurance information
- Collaborate closely with clinical staff to support daily operations
- Monday-Thursday: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
