The Taproom Manager is integral to providing a superior experience for both staff and guests. The AGM reports to the General Manager and executes daily operations for both the front- and back-of-house. It is of upmost importance to us that the AGM of our FL site adapts to the RBC culture and brings our FU Awesome energy, vibe, and history to our new friends down south.This full-time position oversees various taproom functions, enforces policy and procedures, ensures guests have an FU Awesome experience, supports and supervises staff, coordinates schedules, maintains quality standards, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations. A successful AGM will foster a positive work culture that reflects brand values. Strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for craft beer/cider/cocktails and hospitality are essential.As part of the restaurant industry, weekend and evening availability are required.Starting salary is $57,000-$65,000 annually based on education, experience and interview.What you'll need:Minimum of high school diploma; advanced degree a plusDemonstrated supervisory experience in a restaurant setting; brewery/beverage industry a plusStrong knowledge of full-service restaurant operationsExcellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staffExceptional guest service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality and efficiencyKnowledge of health, safety, and food handling regulationsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic office computer applicationsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysPassion for craft beverages, hospitality, and delivering memorable guest experiencesForklift certification a plusAuthorized to work in the U.S.Why Us?RBC and BCW is located in the heart of the City of Good Neighbors, Buffalo, NY.
