2nd and 3rd Shifts

Palm City, FL | Full-Time | In Person

We are a growing food manufacturing company specializing in high-quality sauces, dressings, and marinades. Our team is committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation to support our SQF certification and deliver exceptional products to our customers.

We are currently hiring dependable and motivated Production Associates to support our manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, and shipping operations across all three shifts.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and separate fresh ingredients for production
Operate and monitor food manufacturing equipment used to create sauces, dressings, and marinades
Package products according to quality and safety standards
Assist with labeling, palletizing, shipping, and receiving
Maintain clean and sanitary work areas in compliance with food safety regulations
Follow all company procedures related to sanitation, quality control, and workplace safety
Support warehouse operations and material handling as needed

Qualifications

Prior experience in manufacturing, food production, warehouse, or food processing environments is preferred but not required
Training will be provided for the right candidates
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures is a plus
Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills are beneficial
Forklift experience or certification is helpful but not mandatory
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures accurately
Reliable attendance and flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts
