Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU

Night Shift | Arizona

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with current ICU experience to join our team for a night shift position. This role is ideal for a skilled critical care nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Shift Details

• Schedule: Night Shift

• Hours: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to critically ill ICU patients

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring

• Administer medications, titrate drips, and manage advanced life-support equipment

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans

• Respond effectively to emergency situations and changes in patient condition

• Accurately document patient care using Medhost EMR

• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and evidence-based practices

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Arizona

• Current ICU experience

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification

• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and clinical skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience working night shifts in a critical care environment

• Familiarity with Medhost EMR

• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a collaborative care team
