Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in a variety of roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with job seekers and clients
- Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and applicant tracking system
- Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding paperwork
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and match candidates accordingly
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and associates
- Track daily activity, meet performance metrics, and contribute to office goals
- 1+ years of recruiting, human resources, or customer service experience (staffing agency experience is a plus!)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
- Passionate about helping people and making a positive impact
- Bilingual is a PLUS!
