Supervise training, development, discipline and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees. Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction. Review forecasting of unit sales and gross profit. Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations. Qualifications: Strong organizational and excellent written/verbal communication skills. Strong ability to multi‑task and juggle multiple items simultaneously. Strong attention to detail. Proven and verifiable track record of high CSI and sales volume. Long‑term stability in previous employment. Product knowledge and passion for being involved in the deal, not just an administrator.
