Licensed title agent in Ohio.

Self-starter, focused on superior customer service, organized, good communicator.
Once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for an entrepreneurial title agent with tremendous career growthpotential. Help establish a new title company - a joint venture with Homeshake, a fast-growing andexpanding real estate technology company.
You must have experience taking a residential transaction from start to finish.
You should have experience managing a title company, including compliance, accounting, andmaintaining underwriter relationships. This experience is preferred, but not required.
You may bring existing title business and referral relationships, which will initially result in increasedbonus compensation. Over time, as priorities shift, bonuses may be tied to different performancetargets.
You must be willing to embrace new technologies and challenge the status quo. You will helpHomeshake implement new title and closing processes and standards intended to deliver a five-starcustomer experience.
