Crude Oil Scheduling & Marketing Analyst Savage Texon, 11757 Katy Fwy, Houston, Texas, United States of America Overview Job description for the Crude Oil Scheduling & Marketing Analyst role. Responsibilities Execute daily crude oil scheduling activities across truck, rail, and pipeline movements in the Rockies region, ensuring compliance with contracts, nominations, and operational constraints. Coordinate directly with producers, purchasers, pipelines, carriers, terminals, and railroads to confirm volumes, timing, quality, and delivery locations. Monitor nominations, confirmations, and actuals; proactively resolve scheduling variances, delays, or disruptions. Track and manage storage balances, linefill positions, and in-transit volumes to avoid imbalances, penalties, or unnecessary costs. Serve as a primary point of contact for movement status updates and execution issues, communicating clearly and confidently with commercial and operational teams. Reconcile tickets, meter statements, and movement records to ensure volumes are accurate and properly actualized. Support month-end close and settlement processes by delivering timely, accurate shipment data to Accounting and Settlements. Build and maintain simple, effective analytical tools and trackers to evaluate logistics costs, execution efficiency, and scheduling performance. Qualifications High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, commercial environment. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; experience building analytical models and operational tools. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external counterparties. Willingness to work after hours, weekends, and holidays as required by 24/7 crude oil operations.
