As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol a utilities and financial services location, maintaining a visible presence that helps deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to concerns, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and support a welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Must have 1+ years Security experience Job Schedule: DayTimeFri01:00 AM - 05:00 AMSat04:30 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at utility and financial institution locations. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in accordance with site procedures. Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns and incidents. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
