We are looking for a primary care physician to join our team working at CenterWell Primary Care clinics based in Apopka and surrounding offices depending on location needs. You will report to the associate medical director. You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation. You will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions. You will coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists. You will participate in clinical quality improvement projects. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. You will contribute to strategic programs and innovations in care delivery. Required Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida. Board certification or board eligible in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatric medicine. Experience in chronic condition management or managing high-acuity geriatric patients. Commitment to improving patient experience and outcomes. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. Other Qualifications Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and digital documentation. Experience supervising advanced practice providers. Must be willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone.
