Caregiver (non-certified)

Resident Care Associate Responsibilities Assists with housekeeping and laundry services, including but not limited to, trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds. Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living, including but not limited to hygiene care, incontinence assistance, bathing and grooming. Assists with all aspects of meal service, including but not limited to transportation of residents to and from dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience. Answers residents’ call lights promptly. Ensures that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently. Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable (i.e., check sitting position, hydration, etc.). Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred. 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.
