Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest services, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences.
• Manage reservations efficiently through hotel management systems, including Fosse and Power of M and other property management software.
• Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Address guest inquiries, resolve service issues promptly, and provide personalized solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and uphold property standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality or front desk operations with a hotel or resort setting.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as Fosse or Power of M or similar property management software.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset to handle guest concerns efficiently.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively.
• Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and front desk processes.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and client interaction capabilities.
• Previous experience working with multi-line phone systems and resort environments is preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds as needed to perform essential job duties.
