You'll be leading a multidiscipline design team to complete tasks within established schedules & budgets and help advance our business development strategies. Join us and we'll assist in continuing the development of your skills and exploring all that you can do across our global company.Here's what you'll need:Bachelor's degree in engineeringDemonstrated progressive experience as an engineer and a project manager in the transportation design fieldDemonstrated knowledge of transportation projectsStrong client facing project manager with skills delivering design projects and can bring a team togetherSkilled in developing and delivering technical presentations to stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and/or the publicWell-rounded technical design skills encompassing all contributing disciplinesIdeally, Here's What You'll Also Have:Experience utilizing Bentley design software such as Open Roads DesignerExperience in assisting with business development effortsAbility to and interest in mentoring junior level staffOur health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
