Structural Engineer

We are partnering with a respected structural engineering consulting firm seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, residential, and forensic engineering projects while mentoring junior staff and collaborating directly with clients.

Responsibilities:

Design structural systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
Prepare and review structural calculations, construction documents, and specifications.
Respond to RFIs, review submittals, and provide construction administration support.
Perform structural inspections and site assessments as needed.
Manage client relationships and provide project updates throughout the design process.
Review and seal engineering documents.
Mentor junior engineers and support business growth through exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
Arizona PE license required; SE license or ability to obtain preferred.
6–10 years of structural engineering experience.
Experience designing with steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and cold-formed steel.
