Draft legal documents manage discovery and help prepare matters for hearings and trial. Defend discrimination charges and employment-related lawsuits. Advise business clients on workplace policies and everyday labor and employment issues. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active New York bar admission. 3 years of directly relevant labor and employment law experience. Strong legal research writing and oral communication skills. Excellent organization time management and client relationship skills. Connecticut bar admission is preferred. Qualified law firm in-house and solo practice backgrounds are welcome.
