Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for the right person to join our team and grow into Junior Line Cooks of this exciting new restaurant. This person will join our team and go through a multi week training period to learn several key roles in the BOH of this new restaurant. After that, this person will receive ongoing mentorship and training from our management team.

Matū is part of the extended family of restaurants that include Sushi Nozawa Group (SUGARFISH, KazuNori, Nozawa Bar), UOVO Pasta and HiHo Cheeseburger. While all four are separate businesses, they share the same passion for great food and share many of the same founders and owners.
