Bakers Assistant at Nutre Meal Plans Nutre Meal Plans is seeking a Bakers Assistant to support our scratch kitchen by helping prepare baked goods and desserts made from scratch. What you’ll do: Assist with baking baked goods and desserts from scratch according to recipes and production schedules Help prepare ingredients, measure, mix, and portion items to support consistent results Support dough and batter prep, baking, cooling, and packaging processes Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation standards Label and store ingredients properly and help with inventory restocking as needed Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily prep and quality goals What we’re looking for: Experience in a kitchen, bakery, or food preparation role is required Comfort with following recipes and learning production methods Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food safety Ability to work on your feet and handle hands-on tasks in a busy kitchen Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to help wherever needed Schedule: Full-time If you’re excited to be part of a team that creates delicious desserts and baked goods from scratch, apply today to join Nutre Meal Plans as our Bakers Assistant.
