What You'll Do
Oversees daily workflows, schedules, and assignments for Chapa-De security staff and vendors
Monitors staff performance, sets development goals, and provides feedback to direct team members
Responds swiftly to incidents, including deescalating conflicts and ensuring safety procedures are being followed
Required Experience:
What You'll Bring
Five years of related security experience
Two years of supervisory experience
Current Guard Card issued by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services
