Construction Superintendent - Luxury Residential Construction - Base Salary to 125k/year - Santa Barbara, CA

• Our client is a respected residential construction firm specializing in high-end custom home construction throughout the Santa Barbara area. They are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee luxury residential projects from groundbreaking through completion while maintaining exceptional quality standards, schedules, and client satisfaction.
• This position is ideal for a construction professional with extensive experience managing custom home builds, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering high-end residential projects with superior craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily field operations for custom residential construction projects.
• Oversee all phases of construction from site preparation through project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, inspectors, and homeowners.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of construction milestones.
• Monitor project quality and workmanship to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and company standards.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections and address construction issues proactively.
• Enforce jobsite safety requirements and maintain organized project documentation.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders throughout the construction process.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, craftsmanship, and client service.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• 5+ years of experience supervising high-end custom residential construction projects.
• Experience serving as a Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, Site Superintendent, Field Superintendent, or Construction Manager on luxury residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of custom home construction methods, sequencing, and project scheduling.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and homeowners.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering residential construction projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency and experience utilizing construction management software and digital project documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple project priorities while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

• Base salary in the 115k - 125k/year range
