Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) Opportunity
Growing Outpatient Therapy Practice Seeking an Energetic, Compassionate, and Driven Physical Therapist (PT) to Join Our Team!

This opportunity is perfect for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients restore function, reduce pain, improve mobility, and achieve their personal health goals in a dynamic outpatient setting.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapy services for orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, and general rehabilitation patients
- Focus on improving strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, and overall functional performance
- Collaborate with physicians, therapy staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Outpatient therapy experience preferred
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Positive, patient-focused attitude
