Contract | Night Shift | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly (excluding on-call time)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid Massachusetts temporary license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience required
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma emergency department
• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills in emergency care environments
