About the Role: 

This position is primarily based in our Silverdale office, with occasional support at our nearby sister locations in Poulsbo and Port Orchard.

As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a positive and efficient patient experience while assisting our doctors with clinical care and orthodontic procedures.

Responsibilities: 

• Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable.
• Assist the orthodontist during appointments and procedures.
• Take digital images, photos, and intraoral scans.
• Provide patient and parent education on orthodontic care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
• Support sterilization and clinical flow as part of the team.

Qualifications: 

• Washington State Registered Dental Assistant (RDA).
• Dental experience required; orthodontic experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Experience with dental or orthodontic software is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
