Behavior Technician
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and caring Behavior Technician to join our team for in-home clients located in the Hazlet, NJ and surrounding areas! $28-30. Rate negotiable. If you're interested in any of the cases available below, APPLY TODAY!
- Hazlet schedule: 3pm to 7pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
- Freehold schedule: 4pm to 7pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
- Long Branch schedule: 3:45pm to 6:45pm, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
- Work 1:1 with children in their home environment
- Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition
- Collaborate with families and other team members to support client progress
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines
Qualifications:
- Prior ABA Therapy experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Availability during after-school hours.
